Building an 80,000 seater stadium with the intention of making it 25,000 is fucking mental.

That is a fair comment, OM, son!
I'm not sure how the 45 grand an hour designers manage to come up with a solution that doesn't fit, as you would think that would be the number one priority? But then I'm not a stadium designer so perhaps this shit is normal.....

There's plenty of space for more bogs.
Anyway, a football crowd of mainly men there for 90 minutes is very different to an athletics crowd with far more women who are going to be there for hours.
Get toilets done and raise capacity further.

I watched a documentary about the designing of the OS and the original design of the stadium wss TOO BIG for the area they had designated for it.
To get it to fit properly they started to strip shit out of it, hence the toilets being outside.

No they didn't because you just walked outside to use the portacabins and then walked straight back in. There wasn't enough toilets actually in the stadium - barely any running water actually it was a joke design. It worked for 2 short events but not long term.

JohnnyL - but they still needed khazis in the stadium for 80,000 for 2 to 3 hours of athletics.

Any old iron ...NIt entirely the case as there weren't enough to facilities in the stadium .... They were on the island which is now outside the turnstiles

Bearing in mind that this athletics stadium originally had 80,000 seats then expanding from 54k to 60k shouldn't be a problem.
Also, what's the problem with the khazi's? Surely there are just as many now as there were for the Olympics.
There is just so much bullshit spouted by the Baroness. But then I'm used to it now. I just wish the baggage would shut TFU.
That's a wrap.

brundal - unless I'm misunderstanding what you're asking, no she's not - there are boatloads more on the waiting list (c.30k) than there are tickets. I assume you don't mean total tickets!

Technically no, as we are not allowed to sell them as we don't have planning. If we did and were choosing not to sell then yes she would be.
She did tell a porky about the running track being covered by the seats mind, amongst other things.
